I’m Catherine, an Applied Psychologist.  My mission is to help women who are experiencing some of life’s bigger changes with their career, family or health; who are feeling overwhelmed, not good enough, or like an imposter.  I use evidence-based techniques and research to help you become more self-compassionate and accepting as you make progress along your journey.

 

I understand that change can be tricky—you may feel like you don’t have the right skills, experience, or knowledge to handle it all.  It’s easy to feel like you’re the only one going through it.  But trust me: You’re not alone!  And I’m here to help you through your progress with compassion, confidence, and clarity so that you can move forward into the next phase of your life with ease.

And I will help you face these changes with style, grace and positivity.  You have a life to live, and I will provide you with the tools for great self-compassion and acceptance.
