Coaching packages are a great way to help you create your personal development plan.
You will have the opportunity to explore your:
- goals
- strengths
- weaknesses
- hurdles
- expectations
You will have the space to gain greater self-awareness with curiosity in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Coaching sessions are on a one-to-one basis and can be face to face or online. The frequency of the coaching can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your requirements.
You also can receive a written report following the session as a reminder of the discussions and mutually agreed committed actions (An additional fee applies).
